How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location, however, Sandboy offers free shipping when you spend over $200

Can I change the shipping address?
If your package hasn't been sent, please let Sandboy know ASAP and he will do his best.

When will my order ship?
Sandboy will get your order dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Aramex

Can I track my package?
Sandboy will send tracking once dispatched. From there you’ll receive notifications on when it will arrive from Aramex via emails and/or SMS to you.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping will always vary state by state and times of year. Sandboy will try his best to have it delivered within a week in Australia.

Is there anywhere you do not deliver?
Sandboy currently does not deliver to some really remote areas, dry zones and overseas. He also can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Do I need to show ID?
Sandboy supports the responsible consumption of alcohol including moderation and legal age requirements. The delivery driver may ask for ID or refuse delivery if you appear intoxicated.
